Remember that everyone was a beginning genealogist at one point or another. You may have to be patient with someone who is just learning. An extra dose of patience may be necessary if you are both researching a family where people married more than once, had spouses with similar names, etc.

I am always learning something new, so I am always a beginner is some sense.
I am a new genealogist. Only been doing this for about a year and a half. I am so thankful for the kindness, patience and generosity of the more seasoned researchers. They have helped me so much. The genealogy community is the BEST! Thank you all!
