A and B are cousins. B and C are cousins. A and C are cousins.

It’s still possible that A, B, and C have no common ancestor.

    • That is it. The reminder was that even if these three people are related as stated, they don’t have to all share a common ancestor. That can easily happen with DNA matches where we know that person A is related to person B and C and B and C are related to each other, but all three don’t necessarily share a common ancestor.
